Patient with Esophageal Ca and COVID 19: Case Report

The Covid-19 pandemic that affected the whole world certainly impressed health care systems more than everything. The hospitals for pandemic were established when the first case was seen in Turkey on March 11, 2020. A lot of clinicals and intensive care units were turned into pandemic clinicals and intensive care units. Increasing infected cases and rapidly increasing number of deaths from day to day in worldwide was lead health professionals to seek effective cares and treatment. Guides on care and treatment has been publishing on an international and national scale and effective methods of fighting with Covid-19 has been soughting. Fighting against a situation that has not been encountered before has made sharing experiences much more valuable. Therefore, it is important to effectively manage the symptoms that experienced by COVID-19 positive individuals and provide quality care to their. In this case presentation, the nursing care process of a patient who was followed by a positive diagnosis of COVID-19 was evaluated in according to The Daily Life Activities Model (DLAM).

Özafagus Ca Tanılı Hasta ve COVİD 19: Olgu Sunumu

Tüm dünyayı etkisi altına alan COVID-19 pandemisi şüphesiz ki en çok sağlık bakım sistemini etkilemiştir. 11 Mart 2020 tarihinde ilk vakanın ülke sınırları içerisinde görülmesiyle pandemi hastaneleri oluşturulmuş, bir çok klinik ve yoğun bakım COVID klinikleri ve yoğun bakımlarına dönüştürülmüştür. Dünya çapında artan enfekte vakalar, sayısı günden güne hızla artan ölümler sağlık profesyonellerini etkin bakım ve tedavi arayışına yönlendirmiştir. Uluslararsı ve ulusal ölçekte bakım ve tedaviye ilişkin rehberler yayınlanmakta ve etkin mücadele yöntemleri aranmaktadır. Daha önce karşılaşılmayan bir durum karşısında mücadele vermek deneyimlerin paylaşılmasını çok daha kıymetli duruma getirmiştir. Bu nedenle COVID-19 pozitif bireylerin yaşadıkları semptomların etkin bir şekilde yönetilerek kaliteli bir bakım sunulması önem kazanmaktadır. Bu olgu sunumunda COVID-19 pozitif tanısı ile takip edilen bir hastanın hemşirelik bakım süreci hasta Günlük Yaşam Aktiviteleri Modeli (GYA) doğrultusunda değerlendirilmiştir.
