Psychodrama I: from Past to Future and from Dream to Real…

Psychodrama has come to be used to the therapeutic role-playing
method usually conducted in groups. Psychodrama is a method of
group psychotherapy in which people are helped to solve their problems
by acting them out in addition to talking about them. This approach
was developed by J. L. Moreno, in the mid-1930s. It was first introduced
to Turkey by Abdülkadir Özbek. During the last few decades in Turkey,
there has been increased interest in psychodrama among nurses. It
has been applied in mental health clinics, schools, and kinds of
counseling service centers. It has been informed about the
psychodramatic techniques, the stage of the sessions, the emotional
effects of psychodrama, and the professional roles assumed and skills
required of a psychodramatist in this article.

Psikodrama, genellikle gruplarda uygulanan tedavi edici rol yapma
yöntemi olarak kullanılmaktadır; insanların problemlerini konuşmaya
ek olarak davranışa dökerek çözmek için yardım aldıkları bir grup
psikoterapi yöntemidir. Bu yaklaşım, 1930’ların ortalarında J.L. Moreno
tarafından geliştirilmiştir. Psikodrama ülkemize Dr. Abdülkadir Özbek
tarafından tanıtılmıştır. Son yıllarda Türkiye’de hemşirelerin psikodramaya
ilgisinin arttığı görülmektedir. Psikodrama, psikiyatri kliniklerinde,
okullarda ve danışmanlık hizmeti veren merkezlerde uygulanmaktadır.
Bu yazıda, psikodrama teknikleri, psikodrama oturumu aşamaları,
psikodramanın etkileri, psikodramatistin rolleri ve sahip olması gereken
özellikler hakkında bilgiler verildi.
