Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP), is a rarely seen acute syndrome that is accompanied by the microangiopathic hemolytic anemia and thrombocytopenia. It affects multiple organ systems, partly alike, and if it is not treated quickly it can cause malignancy. This study includes the data about a patient who was diagnosed with TTP and whose care needs were met in accord with The Roper-LoganTierney Model of Nursing Based on Activities of Living

Trombotik trombositopenik purpura (TTP), mikroanjiyopatik hemolitik anemi ve trombositopeni ile seyreden, birden çok organ sistemini etkileyen, kısmen birbirine benzeyen, çabuk müdahale edilmezse malignite ile sonuçlanabilen ve nadir karşılaşılan akut bir sendromdur. Çalışmada, bakım gereksinimleri Yaşam Aktivitelerine Dayalı Hemşirelik Modeli doğrultusunda gerçekleştirilen TTP tanısı alan bir olguya ait veriler yer almaktadır.
